Each wing contains one master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, and a second bedroom also with queen bed and ensuite, plus the option to customise sleeping arrangements for families. Every bedroom enjoys uninterrupted views of the seascape and the two wings share an exterior dining courtyard.

The configuration of each wing is as follows:

East Home
1 x master bedroom with a queen bed & private ensuite
1 x second bedroom with a queen bed + 1 single & 1 trundle & private ensuite

West Home
1 x master bedroom with a queen bed & private ensuite
1 x second bedroom with a queen bed + 1 single & 1 trundle & private ensuite

Each wing can accommodate up to 6 guests per wing or 12 guests in total if both wings are booked.  Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Inclusions:

• Gas log fire, television, iPod dock, DVD player and CD Player are available in each lounge.
• The exterior communal entertaining area has two gas Weber BBQs, available for all guests.
• The central caretakers’ service area connects both wings of the building and is accessible if booking both wings together, otherwise it ensures privacy between each wing when booked separately
• Wi-Fi: not available however we are located in range for mobile data
• No pets allowed (to protect local wildlife)

Snellings View adheres to COVID-19 cleaning guidelines as advised by local tourism bodies.

Two families, larger groups, or a group with private room requirements will need to book both homes. We encourage you to contact us to discuss bedding configuration so that you can make the most of your time and budget. 

BED AND BATHROOM

Each bedroom has been designed to optimize the view of Snelling beach so that you can enjoy the view from your bed! 

Bathrooms include Italian fittings complemented by limestone floors.

KITCHEN AND LOUNGE

Modern stainless steel appliances in the fully operational kitchen of each wing. You can also use the barbeque facilities in the private outdoor entertainment area.

In the cooler months you can relish in sitting by the gas log fire in the lounge.

TV AND DVD

At Snellings our emphasis is on the spectacular views and sunsets, however minimal electronic equipment can be found in the house. This includes television and various music players.

COMMUNAL AREAS

A beautifully appointed internal communal area connects both wings of the building and is for the general use if booking both wings together. Otherwise this serves to ensure privacy between each wings are booked separately.

The exterior communal eating and entertaining area boasts two gas weber BBQ’s and is available for use by all guests.
